Crowns are finished. Here are artifacts based on one of my favorite Doom mods: RUSSIAN OVERKILLGesture-Coming-True Device (Artifact 5)A bizarre apparatus born from a very drunk night among Ork and Human scientists. It defies all sorts of logic except for children's imaginations. Imagine yourself holding a shotgun and KAPOW! But you know what, you actually shot one! FOR REAL! You can use the Ready action to mime any non-artifact non-Syrneth ranged weapon into reality as long as they are Rare or below; and you have the relevant proficiency and enough hands to operate them. These weapons are treated as Common quality that miss instead of jam and cannot be loaded with special ammunition, but they also have infinite ammo and cannot be disarmed since they don't actually exist. That also means they instantly disappear when "dropped" or otherwise leave your hand. Weapons that require specific ammunition (i.e. launchers) duplicate whatever ammo you have on your person. The imaginary guns still follow the normal rules for using ranged weapons (Heavy weapons need to be braced, firing Basic weapons on one hand has a penalty, etc). Weapons selected for Weapon Focus are treated as Good quality. Erasus (Artifact 4)No, this weapon doesn't erase matter. This Flare Prism was created by engineers stranded in a world where shell boxes grew rich but actual food doesn't, and eating shotguns for a few weeks straight might "lead" into food poisoning. They filled the gap in their arsenal (and diet) by applying the "Tome of Arcane Deadly Disco Stories" and "How to Turn Anything into Borscht" onto a humble Pump Shotgun. This weapon has Alternate Fire where it transmutes its ammo into a stream of fresh sour cream-flavored Borscht (that's also edible). It uses the following secondary profile: Antonov (Artifact 3)Normally an aviation company would only make planes, but this is the year 40,000! If a company doesn't have a weapons lab department then they must be...really lame scientists. This Autogun has Tearing and Anti-Materiel because it was designed to deal with low-flying planes. If you have at least 4 ranks in the Gear Shelter Gun Kata, using Aegis Reflector while wielding this weapon creates cover that's 5m wide. October Coup (Artifact 2)Whenever you spend a Hero Point, this red Lasgun deals X damage and gains Blast (1) for one round as it fires not-quite-your-average-sized laser shots to give enemies of the people an exploding headache. If you have at least 4 ranks in the Crimson Sickle Gun Kata, you regain one spent Hero Point (that's not burnt) upon killing an enemy if the killing blow dealt 3 wounds or more.

Meridian Rings (Artifact 3)This seemingly-mundane set of metal rings is used by monks to hone the energy pathways of their bodies while training. It functions as a pair of Best quality Bracers when worn on the wrists. Whenever you use the Shift action, add the distance traveled as rolled dice to the next damage roll you would make using this weapon, and twice that amount to your Static Defense for the next attack that targets you. This effect does not stack. If you have at least 4 ranks in the Ancestral Blossom Sword School, whenever you successfully parry an attack your next unarmed attack against that opponent cannot be parried. This artifact does not have a hearthstone slot and any misplaced rings simply teleport back to the others. Stabacus (Artifact 3)When you need to stab a berk at 8 before managing spreadsheets at 9. This Resplendent Personal Assistant can extend a blade that serves as a rending Hand Weapon. If you have at least 4 ranks in the Cubicle Crusader Sword School, the amount of Allies you can Aid Another with Best Practices is increased to your full Martial Level. Snake Eater (Artifact 2)Passed down from one legendary soldier to another, you must be pretty good if this blade ends up in your hands. This Knife can also be used as Brass Knuckles due to its reinforced handle, counting as both Parrying and Unarmed for the purposes of classifications. If you have at least 4 ranks in the Foxhound Protocol Sword School, you may use the Attack with Weapon option immediately after initiating or maintaining a grapple as a free action. This does not use up your available action after successfully maintaining a grapple and you may choose to Attack with Weapon a second time. Pillow Talk (Artifact 4)This Songblade consists of a hilt that doubles as a flute, from which a blade of blue energy extends, giving it the Power Field special quality. When taking a Half Move action, you may attack a single target that makes an Attack of Opportunity against you during that movement. If you have at least 4 ranks in the Infinite Choir Sword School, you can treat Shift Actions as if they were Half Move actions while wielding this weapon. Hyperion (Artifact 4)Built with parts used in spelljammer weapons, this Revolver Gunblade is designed for continuous assaults. When you reload this weapon, you may add a temporary Trigger mod of your choice that is used up when activated. Multiple reloads do not stack and instead replaces the extra mod. If you have at least 4 ranks in the Lion Heart Sword School, each bullet spent activating this weapon's Trigger mods adds a cumulative +2 to all damage rolls made with this weapon until the end of the round (to a maximum of +12). Mighty Anklet (Artifact 3)This golden shin guard is treated as a Best quality Gauntlet that's worn on the leg. For every consecutive round (in the current encounter) you haven't made a Called Shot in, add +1k0 to the damage roll when you do. If you have at least 4 ranks in the Riding Justice Sword School, any non-Sword School bonuses that would apply to this weapon's attack roll also apply to its damage roll (e.g. stunt dice, Aim action, resource points, etc). This artifact does not have a hearthstone slot. If worn by a Champion, a symmetrical copy spawns on his other leg every time he enters Exalted Mode. This allows him to completely negate fall damage as long as he passes a TN 20 Acrobatics test to land on his feet.

It occurred to me that the Dragon Fist did not benefit from its associated school mastery. This has been rectified as of now.

Red Death (Artifact 3)This lasgun is a thing adventurers' unions have a standing "destroy on sight" rule for. It's an Exalt killer. When performing a full-auto burst with this lasgun, it deals +0k1 damage. If you have four or more ranks in the Point Blank gun kata, whenever you kill a hostile target (for good) with this gun you regain 1 hp (up to your maximum) and your next reload of this gun only costs a half action. ((Steel Medulla~)) (Artifact 5)This pulse rifle is all about killing meaty things. When making a full auto burst action, if all rounds hit the target then one of the damage dice that wouldn't normally explode in said attack explodes. If you have four or more ranks in the Tin Star gun kata, this gun gains the toxic property and you have +2 total speed while this gun is readied. Smite of Merain (Adept) (Artifact 3)The Theah Defense Inititive developed this pulse rifle using a mycosynth bath. Didn't infuse any properties but it does keep disciples of Khaine away. The first reload action performed by the wielder after readying it is a free action. The Patriot (Artifact 5) This stormmachine revolver has changed hands few times and the original owner put part of her soul into it. This weapon has infinite ammo in its clip and cannot jam, so you’ll never need to reload. If you have four or more ranks in the Foxhound Protocol sword school, The Patriot gains the tearing property.
Duality (Artifact 4) This monster of a gun is what happens when a shotgun and a hunting rifle have a drunken tea party hosted by a Ba. The base profile is a shotgun. When performing an aim action with this gun, the attack aided by the aim action loses the scatter property and instead gains the accurate property. If you have four or more ranks in the silent scope gun kata, this gun deals E damage and gains the incendiary property.
Unmaker (Artifact 5)The ultimate response to daemons, made to turn their very nature into their undoing. This is a plasma gun. Damage rolls with this weapon against creatures with the daemonic trait gain a static bonus to damage equal to their constitution and ignore the hp bonus from that trait when calculating critical damage (ex. if a daemon has a constitution of 3, they start taking critical damage from this gun at 3 hp as though they had 0 hp).

Gjallarhorn (Artifact 5)There is a certain beauty in the act of destruction. To appreciate it requires a heart of stone. This missile launcher only fires krak missiles, but that's okay. It has the homing property. If you have four or more ranks in the Clay Pigeon gun kata, this launcher gains a new ability. After resolving the initial attack each time this weapon is fired, the missile explodes on the location hit with the profile of a cluster fuck using the original attack roll as its own attack roll. Hawkmoon (Artifact 3)Stalk thy prey and let loose on those berks who dare insult your waifu. This hand cannon can be drawn as a free action that doesn't provoke and can be used in one hand without penalty. If you have four or more ranks in the Elemental Gearbolt gun kata, the first two explosions on damage rolls with this gun add +2k1 to damage (as opposed to +1k1). No Land Beyond (Artifact 4)No Land Beyond is a hunting rifle made to blaze trails and find golden tribes through terra incognita. If an attack made with this gun misses, the ammo is refunded. If you have four or more ranks in the Silent Scope gun kata, called shots with this weapon gain +4 pen and the razor sharp property. If said attack kills the target (for good), gain +1k1 damage on the next hit with this gun in this scene. Thunderlord (Artifact 4)This SAW has a kill display. You can keep track of how many people you've killed with it. Also it crackles with lightning when fired I guess. Not really important. When performing a full auto burst with this SAW, the target hit also takes 2k2 E damage (rolled seperately) as lightning strikes him. If you have four or more ranks in the River of Lead gun kata, reduce damage dealt to you by 3 while having this gun readied. Khvostov (Artifact 3)Another older model, though this one only dates back to the Fall of the Eldarin. It was an open-ended frame and when one of these pieces of archeotech are found customizers froth at the mouth for it. Khvostov is an autogun. When performing a full-auto burst with this weapon while moving, ignore the penalty to ballistics and treat your dexterity as 2 higher for purposes of movement. The Jade Soratami (Artifact 3)"What kind of harebrained scheme have you got in mind this time?"Do you ever wonder who you were before you were made Exalted? Do you experience debilitating anxiety when you think about the cold, crushing fist of death? Has the desire to lie face-down on the floor for hours at a time been holding YOU back? From the people that brought you Lunal comes prescription-strength Exaltia: a revolutionary new combat elixir shown to relieve the crippling existential crises of your Exalted life. Exaltia can reduce symptoms of listlessness, cynicism, and social anxiety. Side effects may include dancing, salty behavior, and acts of group heroism. Do not take Exaltia while operating all-terrain thrust bikes. With that out of the way, this scout rifle deals a cumulative +2 damage per attack per successful hit since the start of combat, the last miss, the last time it was readied, or the last reload. Use the one that creates the smallest bonus for reference.

My Little Friend (Artifact 2)This Lasgun is just that, with no notable features save for whatever marks or tallies were added by its previous owner. When using Aid Another with this weapon, any enemy dealt wounds by the aided attack is incapable of making Opportunity Attacks until your next turn. If you have at least 4 ranks in the Last Line Gun Kata, this weapon deals +1k1 damage against targets that dealt wounds to one of your allies with its last action. SATURN-5 Obliterator (Artifact 5)This obscenely-cumbersome monstrosity is what happens when someone combines a HELIOS Annihilator with a heavy-lift rocket engine used by outdated spacecraft. It fires controlled bursts of ignited rocket fuel at very high speeds, giving it the Knockback and Momentum special qualities. It also has the Covering property due to its immense size. If you have at least 4 ranks in the Stellar Meteor Gun Kata, you can perform trick shots with this weapon as long as you're using Tryhard Mode. More to come

Eye of the Stone Dragon Wrecking Ball (Artifact 2) This Hearthstone is a fist-sized granite sphere. When attached to a melee weapon, its wielder gains the benefits of the Power Attack feat. If the wielder has four or more ranks in the Stone Dragon school, the penalty to attack rolls from Power Attack also apply to any roll made to parry/dodge that attack.

There is also a weapon called Wrecking Ball, you may want to change the name to avoid confusion. Mounting a Wrecking Ball to a Wrecking Ball is an amusing thought at least.

Dragon Slayer (Artifact 5)This grand daiklave is far too big to be called a sword, it is more of a heap of raw iron. Forged by a scorned blacksmith in a bygone era the sword has been tempered many times by the souls of malevolent daemons it has torn asunder. It functions as a regular grand daiklave, however it is magical and requires a minimum of 5 Strength to wield in a non-improvised manner. It deals +1k1 more damage than a regular grand daiklave and has no other discernible properties other than its irregular heft and mass.

Belt of the Champion [Artifact 5] This Magnificently Ornate Belt has passed through the hands of many great warriors from across The Great Wheel and empowers the wearer with the strength and might of it's Legacy. For Surely, the one who carries it must be the Strongest being in the Wheel. This Belt has 8 Hearthstone Slots. The Wearer gains AP and Aura in all Locations equal to the wearer's Strength and becomes Immune to Fatigue. The Wearer gains a static bonus to strength based rolls equal 2 + the number of Embedded Hearthstones. When 8 Hearthstones are embedded, the wearer doubles their AP and Aura against any form of attack made against them by someone not Engaged in melee with the wearer. But this comes at a cost, the wearer cannot refuse any challenge to martial combat or feat of strength and cannot Withdraw from a battle as long as it remains fair and honorable.

Trying to come up with some caster-focused artifacts that could use some feedback (no cost because I have no idea how to go on about assigning a specific value). If there's precedent for this, or an obvious elegant way of achieving the same result, please let me know. Diadem of Psychic Oppression A chitinous circlet of Illithid make, it allows the wearer to cast Mind Thrust as if it was one of their spells known. If the wearer does not have at least 2 ranks in Enchantment, they may cast it using Level + Charisma. In that case, it must be cast at Unfettered Magical Strength, and cannot benefit from feats or other abilities that modify the Focus roll (like Spell Might, or the Magic User's completion bonus). If the wearer has at least 4 ranks in Enchantment, all Tests made to resist their Enchantment spells need an additional raise to succeed.(Design goal: give a small taste of a specific Magic School, and to encourage/reward investment in it) Second take: Diadem of Psychic Oppression (Artifact 2)A chitinous circlet of Illithid make, it allows the wearer to cast Mind Thrust using their Level + Charisma. If the wearer does not have at least 2 ranks in Enchantment, it must be cast at Unfettered Magical Strength, and cannot benefit from feats or other abilities that modify the Focus roll (like Spell Might, or the Magic User's class completion bonus). If the wearer has at least 4 ranks in Enchantment, all Tests made to resist their Enchantment spells need an additional raise to succeed. Runestaff of Force (Artifact 3)Beside the obvious use as a blunt instrument, this rugged plasteel quarterstaff allows the wielder to cast Battering Ram, Defenestration, and Force Sphere - assuming they have the prerequisite ranks in Evocation. (Design goal: expand on spell selection along a theme, without buffing the caster's abilities directly)

The diadem's wording looks like it'll discourage the player from getting their enchantment level up since once they do their roll drops. That or they'll feel obligated to advance their enchantment level in lockstep with their level-level. I also worry the player will think "this is all I need from this school" but you'll get that no matter what. I'd put it at artifact 1.
The runestaff looks good. Basically a few spell book feats in an artifact stick. Nothing crazy but still appealing. I'd put it at artifact 3. The stick is just a magic stick and you're really paying for spells, but you still need to have the school high enough to access them.
I can only speak for myself but when making a spell-approximating artifact I'd start by making its artifact rating equal to the spell level, then adjust up or down based on costs or extras. I think there's an artifact that explicitly does that too but I'm too lazy to find it.
