UNIQUE FEATS
Ambuscade Marksman
As long as you remain on the move, you can continue fighting for the cause. Once per turn when you make a ranged attack, you may move at your Half Move rate as a free action. The target does not get a free attack against you for disengaging but other enemies in range can still do so.
Nitro Cell
No one expects a bomb from a Data Slate with a Chrono on it. You may spend an hour to make a TN 15 Crafts test. If you succeed you create a small, improvised explosive that deals 4k3 X damage with Blast (5). It can be detonated either remotely, upon impact after throwing, or after a specified amount of time. For every two raises on the test you gain an additional explosive but failing with at least one check causes the would-be ordnance to explode in your hands instead.
Salvage Expert
There's so much you can gain from scraps lying around. You may spend 3 hours recycling a broken weapon or armor to being Poor Quality with a Crafts test of TN (Item Availability+10). You can also spend 6 hours to create equipment from appropriate materials with a similar Crafts test, to a maximum rarity of Very Rare. Equipment built this way counts as improvised but is Poor Quality and falls apart at the end of the scene after it is used.
Scrapyard Soldier
Even if it's rusty and missing a lot of parts, it's still serviceable on the battlefield. Penalties from using Poor Quality weapons and armor do not apply to you.
OTHER HOMEBREW FEATS
Blend In (Novice)
You always seem to stand in the shadows of others. Gain Concealment whenever you are adjacent to an ally or a neutral character, which doesn't apply to attacks made by a character who is the only one next to you.
Daunting Demand (Bushranger)
"Everybody on the ground!" Your threats can cause people to duck for cover, even in the midst of battle. As a Half-Action in Combat, you may a roll a Charisma + Intimidation skill test against the mental defense of all targets in a 45 degree arch in the direction you are facing. Any target who fails this test must make a Pinning Test or become Pinned.
Dirty Hands (Remodeler)
Due to the satisfaction of getting your hands dirty, you never take penalties to Tests from Fatigue.
Gone Walkabout (Bushranger)
Often on the wrong side of the law, you've gotten quite good at making yourself scarce and laying low when you need to. If someone is actively looking for you and you don't want to be found, gain +1k0 on your stealth check. Double this bonus if you are currently away from civilization.
Meat Shield (Novice)
Protect me, squire! You may have an adjacent character receive an attack meant for you as a reaction. That character cannot be the attacker and you must also win an opposed Dexterity test if he is unwilling. The attack still hits you if the roll to hit has a number of raises against your Static Defense equal to the meat shield's size. You cannot use this feat if you are prone or incapable of moving (e.g. Immobilized).
Red Scare (Troubleshooter)
Those commie bastards won't know what hit them! Apply your Hatred bonus to Ballistics tests.
