Proof that a terrible idea is no reason to quit, Rearwheel Revolvers are an attempted redesign of your typical Handcannon to decidedly lackluster results. Modeled after Bullpup concepts, they employ a Handcannon's barrel length and calibur ideals but places the ammo wheel half a foot or more behind the trigger and handle. Somehow, the effect ensures an easier to handle weapon that is weighted so that there is no loss of accuracy if fired one handed like any other pistol. Of course, designs like this lead to far longer and trickier moving parts than the typical revolver, and jams are commonplace. Luckily, the extraordinary mass production of these weapons and their low demand ensures they are shockingly affordable and many would-be sixshooter samurai will keep several backups in case there is a jam. It is said that in some fire fights there are as many discarded rearwheel revolvers on the ground as spent cases, which may explain their booming availability in the resale market.

The Submachine Gun (abbreviated as SMG) is a variation of the Autogun's design meant for portability and close-quarters battle. Popular with special forces and SWAT teams, its reduced penetration and lowered range are compensated with lighter weight and ease of handling. Unfortunately it doesn't fare so well against armored targets due to its low-velocity pistol-caliber ammunition. Playing with the table for Ochstan-Pattern guns. Secondary firing modes now note their clip is the same as their primary mode, and rarity for the secondary modes has been removed on the grounds that you get those by purchasing the primary.

The musou saber is a common class of gunblade that's short on gun and long on blade. While it blows through most of its ammunition within seconds and is only a modest close combat weapon, it's easy to use and requires no shifting of grip between forms, making it a common sidearm. Its reinforced gunbarrel allows it to be used to catch enemy swords much like a basket hilt.

Every species has a craze once nuclear energy is discovered. Hopes and dreams about technology providing clean energy for generations to come. This utopia is hard to find once turned into a weapon. Sometimes these advancements see practical use. The Atomic Disintegrator focuses a short range burst of energy with enough force to potentially erase the poor sod on the receiving end.

Omni CarbineThe Omni Carbine is the standard weapon issued to Shakarn military forces. Using a combination of a low-powered laser rangefinder and a much higher-powered sonic blast, it works better the closer you are to the barrel. Of particular note is that because it relies upon a sonic blast to deal damage, anything which would prevent the transmission of sound will make it deal no damage. Sono PistolOften carried by Shakarn ambassadors when travelling to riskier meetings, the Sono Pistol is a heavily cut-down version of the Omni Carbine, just large enough to give an attacker pause. As with the Omni Carbine, if it is fires in or into an environment where sound cannot travel, a Sono Pistol will deal no damage. Omni CannonThe Omni Cannon is a much higher-powered weapon than the Omni Carbine. Usually handed to specialist military forces, its laser rangefinder is powerful enough to cause minor burns, while the sonic blast is far more coherent, meaning it travels further before dissipating. When fired out of (or into) an environment which doesn't permit the transmission of sound, an Omni Cannon deal -2k2 less damage and loses the Halting and Scatter properties. Sono ShotgunWhere the Omni Cannon focuses on coherent sonic projectiles over a long distance, the Sono Shotgun simply focuses on producing the most potent burst of sonic destruction it can at short range. Given its short effective range, the laser rangefinder has been entirely omitted, so that, if fired in an environment where sound cannot be transmitted, a Sono Shotgun will not deal any damage and loses the Halting and Scatter properties. Orgone Vox AmpSome berk saw the Sono Shotgun and thought "but what if it shot sound directly into its target's mind?" Thus, the Orgone Vox Amp was born. Using orgone technology to channel sound through the Immaterium, it blasts its target with Warp-twisted noise. As it does interact with the Immaterium, it can hit beings which are currently using the Phasing quality. Sonic Amplification BatteryIf some people think the Omni Claw is where the Shakarn take their obsession with sonic weaponry too far, almost everyone thinks that the Sonic Amplification Battery takes a huge step over the line. Using advanced sonic coherency technology to deliver a "packet" of sound waves directly to a target location, it then unleashes the full force of those waves in a blast, liquefying organs, crushing bones and even demolishing the occasional wall. While it does use a laser rangefinder, it is purely there so that the user has some idea of where they're pointing their fuckoff-huge wub-cannon. A Sonic Amplification Battery deals no damage and loses the Blast and Halting properties if fires in or into an environment where sound cannot be transmitted. Named for its distinctive shape and thunderous noise, the Thunder Spear is a weapon designed to bring down giant foes that are too tough or dangerous for Plug-In Blades. The rocket-propelled harpoon lodges itself into the target's weakspots before exploding, breaching its armor in the process. It's also effective against normal vehicles. As powerful as it is, it carries a lot of drawbacks. The explosive payload of each spear takes up a lot of space, giving it little room for propellant and reducing its effective range. The cumbersome size of the rods makes carrying extra ammo a chore. Also, the payload is exposed means that any premature detonations will be disastrous. Much like the Plug-In Blades, Thunder Spears are also meant to be used with a 3D Maneuver Gear as the increased mobility allows them to retreat from the blast radius. Some prefer using them standalone as potent, easy-to-smuggle anti-tank weapons. There are rumors of a newer version that carries four spears at a time but the idea seems too impractical to entertain. Four spears means four times the damage if it prematurely detonates, right?

The Sleeve Arrow is a spring-loaded dart launcher that resembles a pen, which makes it very easy to conceal. This weapon can be loaded with a drug much like a Needle Weapon, dealing no damage but delivering a dose on hit.
Will edit this post later with more items like a 4-shot dart launcher

BlasterOnce upon a time, a cephalopod swimming through the ocean asked itself, "But what if my ink exploded?" That probably didn't actually happen, but the same line of thought surely had to have gone through someone's mind at some point. How else would the Blaster been invented? Effectively the Inkvader answer to the Bolter, the Blaster line of weapons fire ink pellets, akin to paintballs, loaded with high yield explosives. While less effective at ensuring enemies aren't left unscathed, these weapons more than make up for it with sheer volatility. When a Blaster shot reeeeeally lands on the dot, the results can often be devastating, though... as with nearly all ink weaponry, not even these can cause lasting harm. Range BlasterThey made the barrel longer and wider. What more is there to say? Well, for one, the explosive yield has been kicked up a notch from the baseline Blaster, meaning bigger blasts but also a slight reduction in capacity. Surprise, surprise, stuffing yet more of that good stuff into the pellets also means they fill that much more space, thus also requiring necessary changes to the weapon's barrel. Not without any benefit, though, as the Range Blaster (as its name would suggest) has improved range over the baseline. Grim Range BlasterFor a group of squids frequently in conflict with themselves and the inhabitants of the spheres they invade explore, the lack of lethal potential in their arsenal is more than a little puzzling. Clearly this would not do. The Grim variant of the Range Blaster is rarely ever seen on the battlefield, but, when it should rear its head, carnage is bound to ensue. Empowered by the Warp, the Grim is not sullied by the deficiencies of lesser ink guns. It will scatter bodies into piles of quivering flesh with a lethal efficiency that would almost suggest the Grim itself revels in killing. Luna BlasterThe Luna Blaster, named so for its shape vaguely resembling a lunar formation an " exploratory" force once saw on a distant sphere, could be considered something of a budget Blaster. Paltry range, small blast radius, and an incredibly gaudy design that should only ever exist in ancient speculative fiction make it an unappealing choice for the average buyer, barely made worth the cost by a slightly extended pellet capacity. Some buyers (read: eccentric nutcases) will attest to its (so-called) sophistication, spouting complete bull about its "elegant and sleek form" and "sensibly constrained blast zone". One squid's trash, they say....
Rapid BlasterWhere the Luna Blaster fails the Rapid excels. By implementing automatic firing action, the Rapid Blaster is able to compensate for even weaker explosives by the merit of multiple explosions feeding into a sort of cluster effect, while simultaneously maintaining the the improved capacity of the Luna. And at a significant range, it should be mentioned. By all metrics, the Rapid should sell in droves. Unfortunately, the very mechanisms that make the Rapid Blaster effective also keep it from seeing mass production. The level of care and complexity required to ensure these weapons don't rupture any pellets while cycling, leading to the gun effectively self destructing, makes such widespread distribution unfeasible.
Explosher Tangentially related to the Blaster family of ink weapons, the Explosher is something of an odd duck. As opposed to solid ammunition, like Blaster pellets, it lobs superheated globs of ink via the action of its wielder physically swinging the weapon like they were bailing water with a bucket. No one has yet been able to clearly ascertain how these globs explode, though current theories propose some manner of explosive powder suspended in the ink responding to the shock caused on impact. However it works, it doesn't take a genius to know to stay out the blast, as the ink it splatters can melt through both armor and flesh alike.
Splat ChargerWhere the Splattershot is the template upon which other shooters are made, the Splat Charger is just that for precision ink rifles. As the inevitable followup to the long outdated Bamboozler, the Charger improves upon its every function (save in the speed of ink pressurization and the ink capacity of modern retrofits) hand over tentacle. Goo Tuber There's a certain issue that just keeps cropping up with ink pressurization tech: it doesn't retain pressure for long. The moment the trigger is no longer held, the pressure quickly dissipates, and automatic failsafes prevent pressure from being held overlong - lest it reach critical levels and damage the mechanism. This is a problem for ink rifles in particular, as it takes time to build sufficient pressure to cause the level of impact necessary for their function, but as soon as that time is up the shot either needs be taken or given up, which may often result in certain no-win scenarios. The Goo Tuber gets around such issues. Innovative (and proprietary) technology has allowed for rifles capable of holding their charge for a few more crucial seconds before requiring release. After using the Aim action you may take a single action with the Movement subtype without losing your Aim bonus, as long as you attack the same aimed target.
