New Feats
Death's Door
Injury and despondence set the stage for heroism... or cowardice. As you progress though being lightly, heavily, and critically wounded for each state gain a cumulative +1k0 bonus to attack rolls. If you are suffering Blood Loss add this to damage rolls as well.
Penance
Blows that wound cleanse the innermost parts of the soul. If you suffer wounds from a melee attack roll, or an attack with a ranged weapon that deals X damage or has the Scatter property, you may take on Blood Loss. If you do you add your Alignment Check dice to your next test this scene.
Clot
When the flesh is rent, the blood congeals. All the better to experience more punishment. Rolling a 1 for Blood Loss only causes a rending critical wound to the gizzards, rolling anything else allows an immediate Constitution + Medicae test to staunch the bleeding.
Hemophilia
Care not from whence the blood flows, only that it flows. While you suffer Blood Loss, gain +1 Resilience.
Bloodletting
Those who covet injury find it in no short supply. When you inflict wounds upon yourself, gain as many temporary hit points to a limit equal to your Constitution. You do not gain temporary hit points for losing temporary hit points, or taking critical damage.
Deathless Rage
Death cannot be escaped, but it can be postponed. While using Frenzy, you suffer potential critical damage at the end of your next turn rather than immediately. Gaining hit points in the meantime instead removes an equal amount of potential critical damage.
Old New Feats
Feed the Meat
Gain Armor equal to your Constitution on all body locations, which does not stack with other sources of Armor. This feat is treated as Wholeness of Body for the purpose of interacting with other feats and class completion bonuses.
Strip the Flesh
Whenever dice explode on your melee attack roll, or an attack roll with a ranged weapon that deals X damage or has the Scatter property, the target must make a Constitution test (TN 15) or suffer Blood Loss.
Guiding Hand
You beseech a higher power to aim for a weak point. Tests made to resist effects of your attacks (other than being hit) need an additional raise to succeed.
Salt the Wound
Whenever you take damage, your attacks deal extra damage equal to your level until the end of your next turn. This does not stack.
Critical Expertise
People can do great things if their lives depend on it. You get a free raise to all non-attacking tests when Heavily Wounded and double that when Critically Wounded. This bonus only applies during combat.
Feel No Pain
Whether through force of will, bionic augmentation, or foul sorcery; you do not feel pain as much as others do and can fight through fearsome wounds. Whenever you are dealt wounds, roll a d10 for each one. On an 8 or less, take the wound as normal. On a 9 or 10, the wound is negated.
