The homeword to the Trox is long lost to time. The species has been born and bred for servitude for centuries (Primarily by Dark Eldarin, Neogi and similar races) and forcibly specialised into niches of servitude.
The Majority of the Trox race live in slavery, but modern times have seen factions of both Trox born outside the system and escaped or freed slaves turn into factions of radical oposition, often assaulting and bombing the offices of ‘enterprises’ dealing in Trox sale and the homes of notorious owners.

Digger | Your body is engineered for mining duty with enlarged claws that can burrow through soil and thicker muscles. | Add +1 to Size and gain the Burrower trait. |
Guard | Born for war, your burrowing claws have been turned into vicious weapons. | Gain Armor Plating (2) and a Claw natural weapon (1k2 R; Melee; Brawling) |
Servitor | You are bred for domestic service and upper class servitude. | Gain the Feats Protocol and Unremarkable. |
Racial Feats:
Purebred [Paragon, Trox]:
You were truly bred for hard labour, the toughest of work of the most demanding kind. You may increase your Str by 1 for the scene by spending an Action Point.
Finessed [Trox]:
Unlike most Trox, your Vestigial arms are not lame and useless. Your smaller pair of arms allows you to take a Ready action as a free action once per round and reload your weapons in half the listed time.
Tunneler [Trox, Burrower]:
Your Burrowing claws have been hardened and modified into being highly specified for this singular purpose. You can burrow through hard materials like Rock and softer metals.
Mongrel [Trox]:
For some reason, you display traits of two different Trox sub-species. Choose a second Breed power option. You gain the benefits of that option, but your size and appearance don't change.
Silver Tongue [Trox, Servitor]:
A life surrounded by scheemers let you absorb some of the knowledge they paraded. Once per scene, you When acting as nothing but a helpful agent (Butler, cooperative, kindly stranger) gain a free raise on one Decieve check.
Vanguard Model [Trox, Guard]:
Add +4 to your Armor Plating, which now stacks with other sources of armor. Your Claw weapons deal an additional +1k1 damage [for a total of 2k3]
Physical Qualities:
Trox are hulking muscled creatures that were native to a long conquered celestial sphere. The Trox’s original forms have been lost due to centuries of extensive genetic modification from various masters to fulfill special niches to their tastes and needs. This has led to a great variety of subspecies that are technically ‘Trox’. Common traits between all of these are their base as insectoids, though often they will have specialised adaptations and limbs. A Trox designed to be a portable data carrier may be equipped with ports and implants while an agricultural worker would be pure rippling muscle.
Commonly, they possess thick carapaces and intimidating figures. Trox lifespans were engineered down to thirty to forty years, but Trox born outside slavery often have this artificail limiter removed, and are largely unaware of their natural lifespan after these were removed.
Playing a Trox:
The Trox are still a slave race in many societies, numerous civilisations still use Trox for labour and other ends. The Trox Claw is the largest freer of Trox slaves, and tends to conscript those it does free into an army to continue their work. It began as a militia growing outward and is the largest faction liberating enslaved Trox. Trox Characters usually come either from outside slave societies, or from the Claw, having been freed by them or a similar organisation. More than a few come from Comoragh and other such societies.
EDIT: Changed Servitor's bonus from Common Sense to Protocol, both for theming, and the issues with it's potential to unbalance play. (Props to Marr965 and Scrapyard_Dragon on the discord for pointing this out to me)
