New Feats
Speed Loader
You reload weapons in half the time, rounded up, to a minimum of one half action. Use these examples as a guideline: 1Full becomes 1Half, 2Full becomes 1Full, 3Full becomes 1Full+1Half, 3Full+1Half becomes 2Full.
Swift Draw
Your weapons don't just leap into your hands, it's like they were always there. You may ready a weapon as a free action, which stacks with Quick Draw, and readying a weapon as a free action no longer provokes an attack of opportunity.
Trick Load
Whenever you spend actions to reload a weapon make the same amount of actions worth of progress reloading other weapons you wield. You may simultaneously reload a number of weapons equal to appendages you have capable of reloading.
Improved Two Weapon Fighting
Whenever you use multiple weapons to gain an additional attack with the Multiple Attacks action you can make one extra attack, and if you use Full Auto Burst with multiple weapons at once you can make one additional Full Auto Burst with one of those weapons again, but each Full Auto Burst after the second costs a reaction.
Mirrored Armaments
Whenever one weapon you wield would gain a temporary buff or enhancement in a scene another weapon you wield that could receive the same enhancement receives a copy of that buff. The duration and expiration for both weapons is tracked separately.
Old New Feats
Mag Dump
Keep the finger on the trigger until it goes Click. When firing Full Auto, you may continue to gain +1k0 for every 2 raises on the attack beyond the Full Auto rate of the weapon. For every extra +1k0 beyond the rate of fire for the weapon, consume 1 more ammo.
Up Close and Anti-Personnel
Some people say it is harder to shoot someone that's swinging an axe at your head but you say it's hard not to shoot someone swinging an axe at your head. You are still considered to be in Point Blank range for Ranged Attacks while engaged in Melee.
Pointman
You have Combat Advantage against enemies within Point Blank Range when using ranged weapons. This effect negates the penalty Engaged in Melee imposes on your Ballistics tests.
Whirlwind of Steel
Your strikes come at machine gun speed. You gain an additional reaction action every round which may only be spent on the Multiple Attacks action.
Ballistic Mastery
Your mastery of pulling triggers is unsurpassed and your shot always hits home. You may reroll a missed ranged attack once per round.
Return Fire
When a berk shoots you and misses, you better shoot back before he can do it again. Whenever you successfully dodge a ranged attack, you may make a single shot ranged attack against that opponent with a -2k1 penalty to the attack roll.
