Zoltan: Pure Energy

Hailing from a Crystal Sphere not far from Mount Celestia, the Zoltan are an advanced race that, as far as anyone can tell, are made of pure, harnessable energy. How this works isn't entirely clear, but they have an affinity for energy technologies that borders on instinctive and use them to great effect. Some worry that they may be a symbol of warp energy incursions into the wheel, an entire race of daemons, but the truth may be far more sinister.
Due to their location and nature they have seen rule by many empires, be it the Dragons or the Gods, and are ambivalent toward the Council. Still, despite being a deeply officious and obtuse people, they generally favor diplomacy over acts of aggression and are known for being fair and just in their dealings with others.

Power: Pure Energy: Just. Pure. Energy. Whenever a Zoltan would take levels of Fatigue or lose Resolve, they may choose to lose an equal amount of Hit Points instead. Zoltan begin play with the Luminen Charge feat.

Racial Feats
High Energy [Zoltan]
Zoltan can do more than just charge batteries, they can charge their laser.You gain the Luminen Blast and Intersperse Outburst feats, and are considered proficient with it as a weapon.
Zoltan Shield Bypass [Zoltan]
Zoltan have some of the most advanced shield technology in the wheel, other ships may as well not even have them. While you are an Officer on a Spelljammer, its weapons gain additional Dis equal to your level and you may use a Teleportarium for Boarding actions even when the target still has Shields up.
Socialight [Zoltan]
Zoltan know that a cool head can keep theirs connected to their neck. You gain +5 Mental Defense and may make social attacks and use spells with the Social keyword that are of a lower level than your character level during normal Combat.
Some kind of Force Field [Zoltan]
You glow brighter than other Zoltan, projecting an energy field impervious to typical small arms fire... for a little while. You are considered to have a Void Shield on your body with a value equal to half your level rounded up. For every attack this stops during a Scene, the Void Shield value is reduced by 1 until it reaches 0. The strength of the shield refreshes each scene.
Antimatter Antimagic [Zoltan]
Perhaps it's just how they keep their emotions in check, but the powers of the Warp just don't seem to intersect with Zoltan well. The TN of all spells directed at you - for good or ill - is increased by 5 and any Psychic Phenomena rolls you would cause or have caused to you are reduced by the same amount.
Infinite Energy [Zoltan, Paragon]
You glow with the infinite power of a trillion exploding stars. You are Immune to Fatigue. You can still do things that cost fatigue, but you don't take any levels of fatigue in exchange.
