Yeah, honestly I could have worded my question a bit better. I was thinking that they'd have a "seperate track" per say, gaining the ability to purchase levels as they'd finish classes after finishing their original exaltation. If it was a starting gestalt, have them pick and choose with a maximum of 5 levels distributed between the two exalts (1/4, 2/3, 3/2, 4/1)? Or make them choose which boon they'd get from each level? Possibly have them alternate between them, unable to advance in or choose one multiple times in a row?
In all reality, I was planning on having a human with the updated defiler shard nephilim//heart lineage dragonblooded exaltations harass the party at some point. If they act like they're wont to do, they'll have essentially the Void Dragon to contend with.

I like your maximum of five levels/zero-sum option. It makes it feel like Infamous or the paragon/renegade options in Mass Effect. But of course, npcs don't play by player rules mwahahahahaha. I just remembered werepyre is a thing. In case you/a player wants to use the classic double-up.

Been thinking about changing Vampires to be more like Stone Mask Vampires from Jojos and less like Kindred/Cainites from WoD. I'm just wondering if it's already been done before.

Strigoi were pretty much that project, yes.

Thanks, having looked it over it certainly seems to match Jojo vampires better but it's something of a mix between vampires and pillar men. I might have to tinker with it a little to get it where I want it to be but I've atleast got a pretty good starting point.

Pardon, but while looking into the Punk Base Class - Noted "Headstrong" feat is listed, but when I look into the Corebook Book 2.2, or , curiously there's no definition?
Any ideas on this missing feat?

There is a definition. Book 2, p.60.

Is there a conversion table for when a ship fires on a vehicle?
is there a conversion chart for when a vehicle fires on a Person.

Is there a conversion table for when a ship fires on a vehicle? is there a conversion chart for when a vehicle fires on a Person. Page 134 of Book 2 covers Surface Bombardment, that gives you an idea of the damage 'Jammers throw at regular cars (and the entire city block around it). There is no conversion necessary for a vehicle firing on a person, roll your Ballistics and watch what a Punisher Gatling Cannon does to civilians.

can you at any point spend XP to get a characteristic up to 6? Daemonhost's Unnatural Characteristics seem to imply that you cannot, but i cannot find anywhere where it is outright forbidden

Book 1, p.19. Yes, you can... IF you have a power like the Daemonhost's Unnatural Characteristics that explicitly allows it.

This may be intentional, or it may be an oversight, but should not charging past another individual provoke an Opportunity Attack. Perhaps not from the individual being charged, but from others standing close enough to be passed by.

It's more likely to be intentional than not. The only attacks that provoke are attack spells and full auto bursts. And I'll point out that full auto bursts provoke while suppressing fire doesn't, despite suppressing fire declaring itself to be a form of full auto burst.

Charge not only eclipses withdraw by moving twice the distance for the same action while still not triggering opportunity attacks, but it also doesn't fit the sword school advantages made for it: Knight's Movement Concentration under White Raven, a Charge school lets you avoid opportunity attacks from moving as a part of your action, or after your action. As a sword school that doesn't help with moving while using Full Auto, and Assassin Strike already avoids opportunity attacks. The game is very poorly designed when it comes to things like opportunity attacks, ranged in melee prevention/penalties, and other reaction attack quirks.
