Heavy Weapons Elf

These elves have done everything in their power to avoid the moniker of "dainty." They learn the ways of the running gunner, hefting massive weapons that by all rights they shouldn't be able to lift much less fire. Flying Dutchman
Dark Eldarin are best known as pirates, and pirates need captains. The Flying Dutchmen have captained ships for thousands of years, eventually passing away and returning as Wraiths.

Dual-Wielder
The dual-wielders are would-be disciples of a long-dead Dark Eldarin. They wish to emulate his less-than-demented deeds and give a more friendly image of their race. These warriors have actual population dynamic projections. They are so common and so annoying that every now and again they are rounded up and killed off, making their ideals novel again and inspire new Dark Eldarin to emulate them.

Tridrone Modron
Somehow even more terrifying and deadly than a Duodrone Modron. Enormous and advanced, reports describe Tridrones as towering tripodal terrors which are exceedingly dangerous at any distance.  Despite the Tridrone's vast array of tools to seek and destroy all life, perhaps their most dangerous feature is their increased tactical capabilities, appearing to actually be able to strike strategically and with discrimination to efficiently eliminate targets. Some even suspect Tridrones may relay and guide attack commands to lower Modrons but there have been no one brave or stupid enough to try and test such theories.

I'll preface this post by stating that the following aren't meant to be "buffed" versions of the core monsters, just said monsters having their derived stats recalculated in accordance to the current rules, as several core monsters were never adjusted to various changes, such as walking dead still having only 4 hp when the rules for calculating maximum HP was changed to 2*(will+con). Why do this then? Its simply because there are spells to summon/create the following monsters, so the need for "updated" statblocks is more apparent for these guys than some other things in the dramatis personae. The one exception is the addition to the "wood" element to elementals, but that's more just to get things in line with the fire/earth/water/wind/wood set that dragonblooded went and standardized in book 2.

NOTE: the attacks are ATTACKS, not weapons. That is to say, their final damage is already calculated.



The Walkin' Dead
Zombies. Shamblers. They go around biting people and eating their flesh. Sometimes they're caused by a plague or curse, but they're more often the result of evil sorcery and warp energy. While they only really pose a threat in huge numbers and to ill-prepared people, they still manage to cause a lot of trouble on more primitive or run-down worlds.

Elemental
Elementals are spirit creatures that create and inhabit bodies made of one of the five primary primal elements - Earth, Air, Fire, Water, or Wood. They're not really properly life forms, and are quite common in the Umbra and places where one of the elements is found in exceptional natural purity. They're typically not dangerous as long as they're left alone.

While slightly less common than servitors, watchers are often removed from their patrol circuits and sold on the black market as security firmware, easily jailbroken by less scrupulous slicers in order to sync them to locales other than their home.

You may harvest a brain slug (killing the little sister) so you can use the hearthstone by touching it to your skin (or equivalent). OR you may harvest a slug to instantly recover 5 hp (up to your normal maximum) and refill your resource stat pool/s. This destroys the slug.
You can also elect to not harvest a brain slug. She'll appreciate it and might even return the favor.

There lived an innocent child... - so long as a little sister has not failed a fear check, she has +1 resilience and resolve, and +3 static and mental defense.

Anglerlich Fluff

The angler-lich is a cosmic monster, evolved to eat exalted souls.
It farms them like ants farm aphids on the leaf. Creates a Faux-Villain lure, one made to outrage any decent mind. Then sets it plotting and murdering. The schemes of an Anglerlich Lure make no long-term sense. The lure itself is barely awake. Much of its plotting is semi-random instinct action. It does have enough Liche-type skills to fake a decent prick, zap a few thralls, burn a village, sack a town, perv a girl. But the only reason it does anything at all is to provoke the pure-hearted.

It puts forth the lure to tickle awake the hero’s heart with pheromonal deathgames. Watches it progress. Occasionally dipping back into reality to encourage its growth and development. (Heroes grow on horror to oppose). This can take years, or days; the fish doesn’t care about time. It cares about quality. When the Hero is finally ripe, a showdown is engineered. The hero wins. The fish incarnates, and feeds.

When your players encounter one, all they will know is that they have met someone totally evil who really really pisses them off. It doesn’t have to be a Liche. To create an Anglerlich lure, imagine the kind of villain you usually invent, then create a slightly more shit version of that. A bit flatter, less well thought out, more incoherent. The fish is not quite as smart as you, but it knows just as much. Like the Referee it is outside reality. You can use your meta-knowledge to make someone who will provoke both players and characters to heroics; that is what the fish is doing after all.

But remember the tube of grey flesh that puppets the lure. That is something players can notice. And remember the Lure has a slightly different fictional signature than the rest of the game you make. Whatever kind of game you run, it’s a little ‘off’. In wacky games it’s a little too serious and dramatic, in serious games it’s a little too cheap and cartoony. And remember its plans make no real sense. The players, and characters, should be able to work out something is up.

Feral Construct AKA “Zombots”

A dangerous and deadly hazard on scrap words around the Wheel, the semi-sentient machines known zombies as “Zombots” seem to form spontaneously wherever large quantities of scrap metal and electronic waste can be found. Much as necromantic zombies lust after the flesh of living organics, Zombots seem to possess a hunger for the fresh components of rust-free and functional machines, tearing them apart with jagged claws and integrating the liberated mechanical innards into their own ever-changing forms.

CyVorg
Occasionally, in their animalistic pursuit of new components to integrate, A Zombot will tear the cybernetics out of an organic victim, integrating small amounts of neural tissue into its robotic form. Usually, this material rots away without consequence, but occasionally in instigates a change in the Zombot, pushing it towards true sentience. The end result of this change is a CyVorg, an undead creature composed of both machine scrap and “repurposed” neural matter, which must continuously hunt for both to sustain its continuously deteriorating form.

• Brain Dependency: This functions similar to the Vampire’s Blood Dependency ability. A CyVorg loses one point of Vitae every day, falling from consciousness and becoming a normal Zombot at 0 Vitae. A CyVorg can messily devour the brains/brain analogue of a recently deceased creature with an INT score of at least 2 or higher to regain 1d5 Vitae.

Ulitharid

The nobles of the Mind Flayer society, the ulitharid possess extraordinary gifts of strength (for flayers, at least), and a vile, malicious intellect. Ulitharids are rivals to the Aboleths in what passes for the social structure of Pandemonium, a rivalry which the Aboleths typically dominate due to their relatively greater abilities to persuade lesser creatures to follow their whims.

Lantern Archon

The Daemons of Order have difficult manifesting in the Materium compared to their Chaotic counterparts, hence the forces of Order prepare vessels to house the consciousness of allied spirits. A lantern archon is one such spirit given form – a minor spirit loyal to the Blessed Pantheon constrained in a delicate crystalline construct about the size of a basketball. Lantern Archons are amiable, helpful, and charismatic. Though Frail, they are ready and willing to battle the forces of Chaos in open combat, and can even prove formidable in large enough numbers.

Alto Angelo

The Aasimar were not the first attempts to bind the powers of Order into a mortal form – only the most successful. In the millennia before the War of the Monsters Fall, the forces of Order had engaged in a cruder method of harnessing this power – the Rite of Ascension – by which a mortal sacrifice was subsumed and transformed by a Daemon of Order. The result of the rite are the Anegelo, formidable angelic warriors who have no memories of their past lives, and no free will.

While the Angelo are capable combatants, they have no capacity for self-direction outside the orders given to them by their creators. Against a foe as duplicitous as the Mind Flayers, this proved to be a catastrophic weakness, necessitating the creation of the Aasimar to serve in their place. Though they are becoming increasingly rare, Angelos can still be found supplementing Order’s ranks, typically under the command of one or more Aasimar. This stat block represents the most common and weakest of the Angelo, the Alto.

Autognome

Autognome^TM, for when you need a Gnome but slavery is frowned upon in the local system.

Autognomes, as the name suggests, are small automata modeled after Gnomes in both appearance and capabilities. They are rarely the best suited for any given job, but can accomplish most technical tasks with a bare minimum of competence, and this has lead them to be utilized in various industries all across the wheel. Rumors that the integrated AI package is prone to dangerous misinterpretation of commands are, of course, only rumors.

Any critical damage to the Body while The Self Destruct is armed will automatically set it off – critical damage to the Gizzards, on the other hand, will harmlessly remove the detonator and prevent that Autognome from self-destructing.

Infernals are massive constructs of black obsidian, wreathed in hellish green fire. These constructs are an infusion of chaotic Warp energies into vessels of stone, and while they can be created by mortal spellcasters, they are most commonly encountered in apocalyptic meteor showers sent by Malal.
