Bluespace Crystal
A blue metal that looks like glowing blue glass. Bluespace is the crystallization of psy phenomena caused by conjuration magic and jumps from Spelljammers. As a result the crystals themselves aren't actually something rare, used for teleportation technology that's, relatively, widely available. However, while the material itself is not rare, creating equipment using bluespace crystal is an arduous nightmarish process, with the metal losing all its magical properties if someone tries to craft it without knowing the arcane methods to preserve its power
A character may use a piece of active bluespace crystal by rubbing it with their hands. This causes them to teleport to an unnocupied space in a random direction within 10m (including upwards). The piece of bluespace then becomes inert forever, but at least it makes for a pretty decorative material
Melee Weapon: Anyone hit by this weapon must make an Arcana+Willpower saving throw, TN being the roll to hit, or be teleported 10m to any unoccupied space in a random direction (including upwards)
Ranged Weapon: By compressing time and space, the weapon's clip has double the amount of ammo and Full Auto Bursts with this weapon only consume half ammo
Ammunition: The weapon gains dull. The target must make an Arcana+Dexterity saving throw, with TN being the hit roll, or have the piece of armor worn in the location struck be instantly removed, the piece being teleported one meter in front of the target. Armor that encompass more than one location only removes the pieces that encompass the location struck and this does not work with armor that encompasses ALL body locations. At the SM's discretion this also works with other equipment like weapons and clothing
Armor: When struck, you may choose to teleport to an unnocupied space of your choice within 10m.
Bionic Arm: You may touch any item that you can hold in one hand with the arm and mark it, then it can be teleported to you hand as a free action. This works as if you had casted Call Item automatically passing the focus power test
Bionic Locomotion: Your speed increases by 2. Once per scene you may, as a free action at the beginning of your turn, teleport to the place where you started your previous turn, or as a free action at the end of your turn teleport to the place where you started your turn. If that place is occupied both you and whatever is in that space suffer 1d5 wounds, you fall prone and are stunned for one round
Bionic Heart: The bluespace records your constant position and teleports you back if you suffer sudden positional changes. You get 2 raises to resist effects that would move you against your will, such as being the target of Bull Rush, the spell Battering Ram or Baleful Blink
Promethean Asset: Bluespace Crystal
You may cast Blink using Generation+Willpower instead of the usual focus power test. At Generation 3 you may cast Jaunt the same way

My lawyers have advised me to specify that this cannot remove underwear
