New Feats
Bizarre Bazaar
Markets and auction houses are places for mortals. The Bazaar is where spirits, fey, daemons, and the exalted go to make deals. You can purchase 1 and 2 dot artifacts using Wealth following the same rules for acquisition tests. One dot artifacts have a TN of 25 and two dot artifacts have a TN of 30. The acquisition time for 1 dot artifacts is 1d5 months and 1d10 months for 2 dot artifacts.
Franchised
You got stores all over and the best part is that you don't need to run them! Storefronts provided by the Shopkeeper feat now count as two dots in Holdings and do not require background dots to maintain.
Grease the Wheels
Money makes the Wheel go round. Before rolling the Wealth test for acquisitions, you can choose to increase the TN by 5. If this wealth test succeeds, change the acquisition time as follows; Months become weeks, weeks become days, days become hours, and hours become minutes. For example, a Rare item would have a TN of 25 but it would have the acquisition time of 1d5 days.
Midnight Market
Unlike regular Night Markets, Midnight Markets are top secret and are where high level criminals go to buy and sell highly illegal goods. You always have ready access to anything deemed illegal whether they be goods and services.
Night Market
You are knowledgeable of the where's and when's of Night Markets. Off-the-grid, temporary marketplaces that are technically legal and are often the place you go to if you are trying to get your hands on something hard to get. Increase the maximum TN of items you can purchase within an area by 5.
Purveyor
Select a type of product or service. Any wealth tests involved in acquiring that product or service gain a +5 to the roll. The product or service must be specific, you cannot select "combat equipment" for example but specifically Weapons or Armor.
Shopkeeper
You always have access to a storefront, which may come in handy as not everyone is willing to buy things off the street. This storefront counts as one dot in Holdings represented as a rudimentary building that you rented or was loaned to you for a time, some kind of mobile storefront, or maybe even an abandoned space you set up shop in. Holdings gain through this feat cannot be used for anything else, such as a spelljammer.
Street Vendor
What are you buying? Hehehe! You always count as having the needed permits or permissions (written, verbal, etc.) to do business in whatever area you find yourself in. This does not give permission to perform anything deemed prohibited by whomever is calling the shots, official or otherwise.
Under the Table
Before rolling the Wealth test for acquisitions, you can choose to decrease the TN by 5. However, you must roll a Larceny + Wisdom roll with a TN based on the acquisitions initial target number. If the Larceny test fails, you suffer wealth strain regardless of the success of the wealth test and if the wealth test would already cause strain then add a +1 to the strain roll. This is due to your illicit activities being caught and being slapped with fines or bribes by some authority.
Other Homebrewed Feats
Burden to Bear (Wanderer)
After who knows how long of traveling around, you've grown used to carrying an assortment of supplies. Double the amount of weight you can carry, and you obtain a backpack.
Hidden Objects (Maid)
You take no penalty on checks to conceal large, oddly shaped, or strange objects inside your clothes or on your body as long as it is no larger than you are.
Oligarch's Privilege (Ruler)
Those who are already in a position of great power only accrue more as time goes on. You gain an additional rank in Holdings, or Wealth each to a maximum of 5.
Priority Service (Businessman)
You don't care how much it costs, you want your purchase ASAP. Whenever you succeed at an Acquisition check, you may spend a Hero Point to have the item arrive immediately. Roll for Wealth Strain afterwards with a +1 for every step the item's waiting time is reduced by, to a maximum of +6.
Serpent's Tongue (Apostate)
You may spend a resource point to gain the feat Peer (Any) until the end of the scene.
Time is Money (Remodeler)
You wisely remember that if you don't have the time to do the project right, hire professionals who will. Once per session, you can spend a Hero Point to replace a single Test with a Wealth Test.
