Alternate to Enchantment
Enuncia spells are simple verbal utterances, command-line prompts for the fabric of reality. As such, they can never be cast without the Verbal keyword, nor can they be made Subtle.

If the target is pushed back farther than its speed, it it knocked prone. Flying targets are pushed twice as far, but not knocked prone.

You speak a word of power, and the winds answer, forming a vortex 3 meters across within 10m. This vortex can hold objects and creatures whose total Size does not exceed 10 plus 1 per raise on the magic test. Anything that ends its turn within the vortex must make a TN 30 Dexterity test to avoid being picked up by it. If you spend a half action to maintain the vortex, it moves up to 5m, picking up anything in its path that doesn't succeed on a TN 30 Dexterity test. If you spend a full action to maintain the vortex, the currents forming it instead twist and speed up, causing whatever may be within it to be flung together at high speeds, each object or creature causing (2X)kX I damage to another object inside the vortex, where X is its Size.
