Small nomadic and reclusive, the Lilliputians are a scattered people. Whatever histories of their original home is lost to their travels over thousands of years. They have taken to the stars in any 'Jammers they can sneak aboard and are at home wherever they can find food and drink. Small in statue with a similar body layout to most of the races of The Wheel helps them fit in better than Gremlins and Bendies when discovered.

Your species is known for being exceptionally cooperative to the larger races. Also, you may use Aid Another as a Full Action to apply an additional +0k1 bonus on the aided character's next test.

Physical Qualities
"Lilliputians are great fun to discover, like a friendly cat. The exception to the rule is when they've gone feral."
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Wheel (Human Simplified Edition)
Despite their small stature these very small people are as intelligent as any other race you could interact with. As transients they attempt to blend in or emulate the larger races they observe. A few old Enginesser tales tell about maintenance workers finding miniature ship crews organized and performing maintenance to 'their deck.' Occasionally the attempts go toward the absurd and they end up looking like a caricature of their imprinted society.
When discovered or well known to a society they work well with those around them. Their small size and knack for technology make them invaluable assistants. Like many small species their lifespans are very short, leaving them prone to generational forgetfulness. Those cut off from civilization have a tendency to run amok after five or so generations, leading to their polarized descriptions as helpers or menaces.
Playing a Lilliputian
As small and secretive as they are, Lilliputian society is built around self sufficiency and cooperation. Enclaves in large ships or urban areas are able to hide away taking what they need and repairing what needs fixing to ensure their home is undisturbed by big people.
When quiet life and secrecy fail these little people are fully capable of traveling or defending their homes, a human sized catch can feed a small society for a while. Their nimble steps allowing them to move and gain vantage for attacks others would could not consider.
Other smaller races are still at least double the size of a Lilliputian, simply being near people is a hazard to life and limb. When they do venture out and interact with other races they are commonly though of as fragile curiosities to be kept safe. Occasionally this fires up an overzealous drive to show others what thse small residents of The Wheel are capable of.
Lilliputian Heroes
After reconstruction and upgrades this 'doll' was left with one order "Guard my laboratory until I return." After several hundred years of undisturbed duty the laboratory was opened by one of their descendants. Now freed from her duty she can explore and find a place for herself while completing a few small errands for her new master.
Space is the best, no end of inky blackness and tasks to complete. Iyeost lived for the clank, whirr, and hum of it all. His team was tasked his captain with keeping the Gellar Fields secure. Scurrying through Jeffreys Tubes and their 'tween deck hallways they get things fixed before the clumsy other crew can diagnose the problem.
Life in the forest was not hard for Ibou; grubs, berries, moss, and fresh water were all be needed to survive. When the flying silver boat arrived and it's loggers began work he needed to stop them. Taking sling and staff in hand he held a war against the creep of civilization.
