Here's a random loot generator to use with the above. Generates a grab-bag of rarity-scaled equipment & a single artifact. Not exactly sure how loot drops work in a game with Wealth tests... but let's just ignore that for now.

I haven’t read it in a while but check rogue trader stars of inequity. The game has a similar acquisition system and the book has a loot generator (among other things).

Turns out that Stars of Inequity's random loot system is closer to the weapon creation system from Book 2 (with d% values attached) than to a dungeon stocking tool. I.e. pretty cool, but not particularly useful in adjudicating random drops in a wealth test system. That being said, I cobbled together a workable solution from how Hero System handles gear not accounted for with build points.
