As long as you aren't stripped of all equipment you have an arbitrary number of frag grenades and frag missiles on your person.
Deadshot Detonation
For every two explosions made on an attack roll for a Blast weapon add +1k1 to the damage roll.
Volatile Explosions
Your damage rolls for Blast weapons explode on 9s as well as 10s.
