Rite of Custom-Fitting: The engineer performs a ritual to loosen the straps and joints for the day ahead. The ritual takes half an hour to perform. Reduce the static defense penalty of up to a suit of armor by half after modifiers such as proficiency and increase its max dex by 1. A "suit" of armor is enough armor pieces to cover each hit location exactly once. You may only affect one suit of armor this way at a time.
