Ignisteel is a Hot, Unstable nearly impossible material to work with due to it's volatility. Found on Molten, Volcanic planets and even in ever blazing asteroids. This material is valued for it's sheer destructive potential, and it's inability to ever truly reach it's melting point. Most Ignisteel products are merely carved and pieced together without any forging having been done but are rather ineffective and you'd properly be better off stabbing someone with a fire poker. On rare occasions, some ingenious and possibly insane individual manages to create conditions hot enough to work the ignisteel without incinerating the surface of whatever planet he's on, when refined and properly worked the true power of Ignisteel is reached. Weapons and armor made of Ignisteel are extremely hot, often employing self-cooling grips or inserts to be operable. Unable to be properly cased and sheathed out of fear of explosive back drafts coming from unsheathing the blade if not properly ventilated.

Reactions can be done multiple times in a row, namely by spending resource points. A Free Action (at least according to the Glossary in Book 1) can only be done once per round. Do you intend being able to move up to 36 times your Speed in the span of 5 seconds?

IncendiaryWhen someone is damaged by a weapon with this property, he must make a Dex Test (TN 15) or catch on fire. Corollary: The Fire property is not a thing that exists, and anything that references it instead uses Incendiary. Being immune to damage from fire is a racial feat, and being immune to fatigue from fire is a Level 4 feat. Giving both plus a little more for 100xp and 3 background dots out the gate for everybody feels a bit too strong, but having it as a Promethean asset feels about right. As for a (rough idea of a) replacement: Bionic Heart: There's a burning in your veins. You don't need medical attention, though - it's just raw power just waiting to be free. Whenever you take Wounds, everyone within (Level) meters of you must test against the Incendiary property as if they were hit by an Incendiary weapon.

Well its a nice parallel to hoarfrost steel. I should stat up a character that uses a pair of weapons, one of each material.

*Cracks knuckles*
Let's do this.
Preamble: I find this redundant since draconic already exists, but...
Considering you use both incendiary and fire, I am assuming this was made without the house rule where incendiary is brought down to "shocking, for fire."
Melee weapon: Tearing and incendiary is too potent a combination. One or the other (probably incendiary) forces prioritization between raw damage or picking up the other ability elsewhere like an easy-enough to obtain chainsword. I recommend changing damage type to E for a little extra.
Ranged weapon: Including fire is redundant with ammunition, and more fitting in ammunition.
Armor: Wording change suggestion. "Anyone in melee range with you at the beginning of each round must pass a tn 15 dexterity test or catch fire."
Bionic heart: I don't know what "counting as being on fire at all times" gets you other than nothin' but trouble, but alright.

The fact that this one has weapons get Incendiary while still using Fire for the others makes it clear that corollary wouldn't apply, and implies the weapon is really supposed to always set people on fire. Tearing in theory could mean that the fact you need to take damage for incendiary to go off always triggers too, but it doesn't actually change anything there. Although I often use it as such, Tearing doesn't actually ignore armor, just resilience for the first Wound. The Incendiary properly, poorly worded as it is, is required to deal damage to trigger, not wounds. Really though, Incendiary is busted and basically everything that uses it is busted. That houserule is handy but relying on a houserule for a separate homebrew by a separate person is a bit silly. As mentioned, letting someone Run as a reaction is a bad idea since the normal restriction on actions wouldn't apply for Running. Being able to run 5 or more times a round without losing out on your normal half/full actions, potentially even when it isn't your turn, is very, very busted. The way the arm weapon is phrased makes it probably not work as DVSS is intended, since it would make that attack always only deal 2k2 E damage, ignoring strength or other things, but since it has incendiary that's really the closest thing to balanced.
