Time moves to a rhythm and the easiest way to keep track of such things is a beat. If you can match music to the right beat you can even manage to get time to move to your commands. The Time Turner discipline is all about direct influence of time and the flow of time around you to tweak the rules of combat in your favor. Practitioners of Time Turner can usually find a beat in any repeating sound, a result of practicing bending the timeline through funk.
The key skill for Time Turner is Performer, representing the dangerous rhythm of the timestream and how to manipulate it through sound. Syrneth weapons are most commonly used for Time Turners, as no other weapons can usually help keep a beat like those of Syrneth make. The Time Turner discipline was founded by a musically gifted Dark Eldarin who first found the secrets of music based time manipulation while making instruments with silk from the webways.
Level 1: Apprentice
-Weapon (Syrneth): Use Syrneth weapons with your martial maneuvers.
-Action (Feint): Use the Feint action in martial maneuvers.
Level 2: Initiate
(-1)Possibility Overload: After making this attack, you are Dazzled until the end of your next turn.
(2)Time Slow: Enemies that successfully Dodge this attack provoke an opportunity attack from you.
Level 3: Journeyman
(-1)Skill (Performer): As part of this attack, make a Performer check against the Static Defense of the target. If it fails, the attack fails.
(1/3)Chronocloning: You may roll any tests as part of this attack as if another character with your Skills and Characteristics is using Aid Another on you for this attack. For 3 Style points you roll as if two such characters are present.
Level 4: Master
-Mastery (Test of Time): Every time you Feint against a target without attacking, you gain a stacking +2 bonus to damage against that target. This bonus resets to +0 after you damage them, and you must Feint more to build it up further.
(4)Time Skip: You may teleport a distance up to twice your Speed before making this attack. If you do, you get a free raise on the attack roll.
Level 5: Grand Master
(5)Replay: If this attack hits, repeat all of its effects (including damage) at the beginning of the target's next turn.
