Bloodstone
Bloodstone is actually a parasitic substance, leeching life to gain power. Sometimes, it imprints on someone, whom is called a Caretaker. Many vampire cults believe Bloodstone is either derived from the Vitae of elder vampires, or from the blood of the fallen god they spawned from.
It appears as black marble with shifting veins of red.
Melee Weapon: This weapon deals R damage. Once per round, when you successfully inflict wounds with this weapon, you heal one wound or, if you're a vampire, you can regain one Vitae.
Ranged Weapon: Once per scene, you can take 1 wound to refill your magazine as a free action.
Ammunition: Once per round, as a half action, you can choose to take 1 wound to add +2k0 damage to your next damage roll. This bonus stacks, but the bonus damage dice are lost at the end of the scene or if you miss with your next attack with this weapon.
Armor: Once per round, you can take 1 wound to double the AP of your armor until the beginning of your next turn.
Bionic Arm: Once per scene, you can take 1 wound to gain Reach and increase your melee range by 10 meters with all melee attacks for the rest of the scene.
Bionic Locomotion: Once per round, you can take 1 wound (to either leg) to move 2 meters as a free action, without provoking attacks of opportunity.
Bionic Heart: A Bloodstone Heart infuses the blood pulsing through it with ancient power, at the cost of keeping some for itself. Once per round as a free action, you can choose to take 1 wound to the gizzards, immediately gaining +1 to Strength and +1 Resilience until the beginning of your next turn.
Promethean Asset: Bloodstone
You can spend 1 Pyros to create a hand weapon, or 2 Pyros for a great weapon, that acts as a Bloodstone weapon. Any weapons created this way last for the scene. In addition, you can spend Wounds in place of Pyros for Transhuman Potential.
