Sword School - Elemental Onslaught
(Fluff goes here)
A character entering the first level of any class progression that offers the Desert Wind sword school can choose instead to gain access to the Elemental Onslaught sword school from that class. The inversion holds true as well, with classes with the Elemental Onslaught style being able to substitute in Desert Wind instead. This choice applies only when entering the first level of a class, and applies to all levels in that class's progression afterward.
Level 1: Apprentice
-Weapon (Two Handed): Use Two Handed weapons with your Martial Maneuvers.
-Action (Elemental Shot): Use Elemental Shot actions with your martial maneuvers. The benefit from this special attack applies to your next standard attack unless stated otherwise; that attack may not be a special attack.
Level 2: Initiate
(-2)The Golden Rule: An Enemy hit by this attack gains the Weapon Special Qualities the attack had for their next Attack.
(1)Flowing Water Flourish: Stunting on this attack increases the Damage Roll as well as the Attack Roll.
Level 3: Journeyman
(-1)Skill (Arcana): As part of this attack, make an Arcana test against the Static Defense of the target. If it fails, the attack fails.
(2*)Spirit of the Wind: This attack gains the Reach Property and can hit targets at a range up to 10m, increasing by an additional 10m for each additional time this advantage is applied to the attack.
Level 4: Master
-Mastery (Elemental Enhancement): You may use the Elemental Shot action as a Reaction action as well as a Half Action.
(1/3)Hands of Rolling Hills: For 1 advantage point the weapon used in this attack loses the Unbalanced quality until the end of your next turn if it possessed it. For 3 points the weapon loses the Unwieldy quality until the end of your next turn if it possessed it.
Level 5: Grandmaster
(1)Spirit Strike: This attack gains a static bonus to the attack roll, damage and penetration equal to the number of Weapon Special Qualities on the attack.
