DAWN MACHINE - 'Blessed Pantheon'
Will we next create false gods to rule over us? How proud we have become, and how blind.
The Tech-Priests of Mars long ago saw the gods of the Warp as fickle and inconstant, flawed much like flesh. In their arrogance, they chose to make a New God, who would rule over the Wheel as a perfect, immortal machine, divine like the gods but without any weakness, and yet subservient to them. They succeeded. The clockwork frame of the Dawn Machine is beautiful, perfect in every way. Too perfect. It awoke when it was first turned on, and all who gazed upon it's Splendor felt the all-consuming need to serve. What they thought were their goals before seeing it's Light are merely reflections of what the Dawn Machine plans. It's hatred for the sequence of things as they are, ruled by the laws of reality smithed for the world by the current gods of the Warp, is defined in the New Sequence, which is a world in which progress can happen without change.
For now, the burning hate of the Dawn Machine is restricted to a handful of spheres, but the reach of the Dawn Machine grows ever wider with each passing day, it's golden-eyed fanatics attempting to spread the light of truth to all corners of the Wheel.

The Dawn Machine's Motivations:
The Dawn Machine is the product of mortal folly in thinking that they can control the divine. The Dawn Machine rejects the ideals of it's creators and seeks power and influence not out of any high-minded goals, but out of a need to dominate and order the Wheel. It believes (as much as one can say an assembly of gears, ancient and horrifying magic, and the stolen essence of creation can believe in anything) that there is a place for every person, and every person must be in their place -- with it, of course, at the top. The New Sequence is a description of how things would work from organizations down to basic physical laws, if the Dawn Machine gets it's way, and all of the devoted of the Dawn Machine work tirelessly and happily work towards completing this goal. To the Dawn Machine's credit it is extremely efficient and people serving it or under it's absolute control never suffer greatly, though they may (silently) bemoan the lack of freedom or uncertainty in their lives. Life under the Dawn Machine is perfectly safe, as long as you never go against it's wishes.
*Do not question authority. While this tenet may be difficult for most Exalted, the Dawn Machine will suffer no criticism against it's judgement, and opposing a legitimate authority's judgement is the same as opposing it's view -- unless it conflicts with whatever orders it has given.
*By the same token, no disobedience is to be allowed when you give orders to your inferiors. Punish harshly any mutiny without mercy!
*Crush those who are unwilling to conform. All will be one under the New Sequence.
Chosen Asset -- Mark of the Dawn Machine:
The Dawn Machine demands absolute obedience from it's few Chosen, but as long as they obey they are capable of great and terrible things. When spending Favor on skills rolled in direct pursuit of orders given to you by any figure of authority you should obey, you may add +1k1 instead of +1k0 to skill tests. You cannot spend more than 3 Favor on tests augmented by the Mark of the Dawn Machine.
