Alternate for Iron Heart
The development of explosives and high-damage ballistics have pressured fortress engineering to create stronger walls and sturdier foundations. It worked, too. Sieges are common throughout the wheel because firearms and bombs can't do the job as quickly as would be appreciated, especially since supplying and deploying them is an easy thing to notice. That is, until, someone had the bright idea to break down walls with their own weapon. This practice gained some traction, but mundane weapons break too quickly for it to gain true popularity. As a result, only those who wield artifact weapons can truly use this discipline.
Promised Victory's associated skill is command. The school is common with front-line generals and others who wish to lead by example.
Level 1: Apprentice
Weapon (Artifact): Use artifact weapons in your martial maneuvers.
Action (All Out Attack): Use All Out Attack actions in martial maneuvers.
Level 2: Initiate
(-1) Cast Me Away: If this attack misses with at least one check, you are disarmed of the weapon you made the attack with.
(1) Take Me Up: This attack has the indignant property.
Level 3: Journeyman
(-1) Skill (Command): As part of this attack, make a Command check against the static defense of the target. If it fails, the attack fails.
(2*) Hand-Held Bombast: This attack gains the Blast (X) property, where X equals the amount of times this advantage is taken.
Level 4: Master
Mastery (Promised Victory): Gain use of the Sword Beam feat. If you already have or later gain the feat itself, its range is increased to 30m. If using the Sword Beam feat to deliver a melee attack with the Blast property, the blast happens at the end of the beam.(4) Thirty Torches: This attack ignores concealment and half of all AP protecting the target.
Level 5: Grandmaster
(1*) Anti-Fortress: Cover damaged by this attack loses 5 AP per time this advantage is taken.
