Many races pride themselves on their durability, endurance or staying power, but none more than the Quadav. It is a core to their lifestyle and culture - if you can't tough it out, you're not a true Quadav. In fact, this even applies to their lifespan. Quadav are a long-lived race, even by the standards of Eldarin - none has ever been known to die of old age.

This may be undone with a half action. You gain +3 AP to the Body.

Playing a Quadav
Quadav are hardy, determined people, with a focus on either avoiding conflict or outlasting their opponents. They are natural siege engineers and defenders, tending to prefer long-range combat over close-range, and shield use over dual-wielding or two-handing.
Quadav tend to appreciate those who can discern the stories behind their titles, and this should shape your outlook and interactions. If your Quadav character's backstory involves him saving a city from destruction, give him a title that says so! If, on the other hand, he was the sneaky traitor that invited the enemy in to pillage the city, he may have a title indicating this (Kinseller or Gatewrecker, maybe?) - although he won't have decided to take it himself.
Quadav are strong swimmers, and this plays into both their work and their play. If your SM anticipates that there isn't going to be much water around, you may want to reconsider plaiyng a Quadav character.
Quadav culture also encourages honesty and displaying your acts openly, with most, if not all, Quadav taking titles for their most notable feats - or else being given them. Usually these obviously describe what the act in question was - a Quadav with the title Giantslayer isn't exactly going to have taken that title for being the best insect exterminator in the city. However, more subtle titles - Gracehonoured or Bloodweaver, for instance - are not uncommon, with the former possibly being taken by a Quadav who completes a lengthy pilgrimage or the latter maybe being taken by a notable healer.
