Some people claim to have a "vivid mental landscape" or an "inner world". Usually, these people are rather odd people who like to think that these sorts of claims makes them "artsy" or "eccentric" rather than just weird. However, rarely, these people aren't being strange, but truthful. Those few exceptions are Sovereigns.
Sovereigns are masters of their own personal realms, lords of lands beyond mortal ken, and usually beyond mortal access, too. The resources and abilities these worldlets grant them are staggering, although most Sovereigns can only access their true might while in the seat of their power.

Static Powers
Personal Realm
Each Sovereign has a Personal Realm, a place she can shape as she sees fit. This is treated as though she had a Holdings background with a rating equal to her Vista, which she can spend additional dots of Holdings on to improve, and may rework whenever she increases her Vista, but cannot otherwise improve. This does not take up space within the Materium (or, for that matter, the Warp), but can be entered by spending an Echo. Leaving the Personal Realm places the Sovereign wherever she entered. A Sovereign's Personal Realm cannot be destroyed (athough individual portions can be damaged and will reform over the course of 24 hours), and Power Transfer Arrays, Reinforcement, Self Destruct Systems and Void Shields may not be installed.
Guardian Being
Each Personal Realm has its own Guardian, a monster (or similar being) which protects the Realm against intruders. This is treated as a Monster with a Level equal to the Sovereign's Vista, and may be reworked whenever the Sovereign increases their Vista. If the Guardian is defeated, it reforms after one day, or the Sovereign may spend two Echoes to have it reform immediately, although it will reform out of sight of anyone within the Personal Realm.
Shape the Land
The very ground within her Personal Realm shapes itself to the Sovereign's wishes. The Sovereign can spend an Echo to make an Acquisition test within her Personal Realm, using her Vista in place of the normal Wealth test, and ignoring normal Wealth strain.
Fisher King
The Sovereign has an innate link to her Personal Realm, and sickens if she neglects it. If you fail to enter your Personal Realm at least once in a number of days equal to your Vista, you lose all powers gained as a result of your Vista, and may not spend resource points except to enter your Personal Realm.
POWER STAT - Vista
A Sovereign's Vista is a measure of the extent and opulence of her personal realm. As the Sovereign increases her Vista, the Materium increasingly becomes less and less satisfying, and the Sovereign increasingly tends to spend more and more time within her personal realm.
Resource Stat - Echoes
A Sovereign's maximum pool of Echoes is equal to twice her Vista plus their Level. A Sovereign regains one Echo every half-day, or one every hour spent in her Personal Realm. As a Sovereign spends Echoes, flickers of objects and rooms within his or her Personal Realm begin to appear, solidifying and taking on more definite appearance as more Echoes are spent.

Vista | Power Gained |
⚫⚪⚪⚪⚪ | Submachine A number of modules in your Personal Realm equal to your Vista do not require operators or maintenance, and you may use the bonuses of these modules even if you are outside your Personal Realm. The modules affected in this way may be changed whenever you increase your Vista, or by spending 3 Echoes. If you spend Echoes to change your chosen modules, you lose the bonus of this power for one day. If you choose a Weapon mounting in this way, you only acquire the ability to mount the weapon on yourself - you still have to acquire the weapon normally. |
⚫⚫⚪⚪⚪ | In My Room When you enter your Personal Realm, you can drag others there with you, by spending an Echo per additional person brought over. If you leave your Personal Realm while you have others within it, they are dragged out as well. |
⚫⚫⚫⚪⚪ | Hall of Doors Whenever you enter your Personal Realm, you may add the location you entered it from to your Hall of Doors. The Hall of Doors is a Personal Realm-specific module with no Power or BP cost. You may spend one Echo to enter a location in your Hall of Doors, rather than leaving your Personal Realm in the normal way. You may have a number of locations in your Hall of Doors equal to your Vista. |
⚫⚫⚫⚫⚪ | Incursion By spending an Echo, you may bring your Personal Realm's Guardian out of your Realm and cause it to manifest near you. It will vanish at the end of the scene, reappearing within your Personal Realm unless it has been killed. |
⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫ | Reality Marble By spending three Echoes, the Sovereign can force the Materium to conform to her will, replacing realspace with her Personal Realm for one scene. This will never harm the replaced volume, and creatures within the volume replaced in this way are placed safely within the Personal Realm, at the normal entrance location. When the Realm vanishes, creatures are similarly placed safely as close to the centre of the reappeared volume as possible. |
Sovereign World Assets
Dream World
Your Personal Realm is the place you go when you are asleep, a place with strange logic and odd appearances. You gain a free rank in a Sword School, Spell School or Gun Kata, and may advance it as though it appeared in all class tracks.
Mental World
Your Personal Realm is your own mental landscape, and you always occupy it on some level. You may treat all Mental skills as basic, and gain the feat Combat Insight.
Painted World
Your Personal Realm is hidden within a specific painting, pict recording or other visual medium. You may not enter your Personal Realm at will, instead needing to actually enter it physically through its visual medium entrance, but you need not spend Echoes to do so. Others may enter your Personal Realm when you are not there, and are not expelled when you leave it. You may specify a rule that all within your Realm must follow or be expelled immediately and take 5k5 E damage. You may specify an additional rule at Vista 3 and at Vista 5. In My Room grants you a free raise on all rolls while in your Personal Realm. Anyone may use your Hall of Doors to leave, but may not re-enter if they could not ordinarily do so (via your entrance medium).
Pocket World
Your Personal Realm is much smaller than most, but has other advantages. You only get half the normal number of BP to build your Personal Realm, but you halve the Resupply TN (to a minimum of 1), and may enter it (and bring others with you) without spending Echoes.
Virtual World
Your Personal Realm is actually an illusion, overlaid onto the real world wherever you want it to be. By spending an Echo, you can choose one Module from your Personal Realm and create a facsimile of it around yourself for one scene. Your Hall of Doors may not be chosen in this way.
