Old New Feats
Calm the Winds: If you would suffer any type of Psychic Phenomena, you may spend resource points up to your level. Doing so allows you to adjust the roll of Psychic Phenomena by up to 5 points per resource point spent.
Fettered Push: You can halve the dice gained by Pushing a spell in order to treat it as Unfettered for determining Psychic Phenomena.
Spot On: You can use scrutiny in place of your Ballistics skill when making Ranged Touch attacks with spells.
Stop the Tide: If you would cause or be affected by Psychic Phenomena, you can spend a Hero Point to stop it from occurring at the time the Psychic Phenomena is caused.
New Feats
Combat Prescience: You may use your Wisdom in place of Dexterity when calculating Initiative.
Mind Bullets: When asked how psionics aren’t just space magic, this is how you respond. You may add the Subtle keyword to spells by increasing the TN to cast by 5.
Psionic: Select a category of characteristics (Power, Finesse, Resistance). When making a Focus Power Test, you can choose to use a mental characteristic in the place of the normal characteristic used for the roll as long as they are in the same category. If your mental characteristics are temporarily improved by spells or abilities, use the use the characteristic's normal rating for spellcasting. This feat may be purchased multiple times, selecting a different category of characteristics each time you do so.
Psychic Nosebleed: If you ever roll Perils of the Warp, you may take 1 critical impact damage to the head instead of rolling on the table per Perils of the Warp rolled.
Psychic Stance: When casting spells, you may replace the verbal keyword with the somatic keyword. If this leads the spell to have the keyword twice, it cannot be ignored.
Synesthesia: As long as one of your senses works properly, all of them do. The organs are vulnerable as ever, the senses are not.
Telekinetics: You have finally mastered your powers to the point that using them is second nature. You may telekinetically manipulate distance objects at will up to 25m away. The "strength" and "dexterity" of this telekinesis are your intelligence and wisdom, in that order. You may perform simple tasks such as pressing buttons or throwing switches, but not wield a weapon. If you already have a power like this (mind-hand manipulation, zeta reticulan, etc.), you can perform fine manipulations like wielding a weapon.
