Kasathas are large, multi-armed humanoids found on the galactic north in the Wheel. Their resemblance to a dead god leads people to call them "Shiva" in common parlance. People believe they evolved in jungles and/or mountainous deserts due to their musculature and resistance to warm temperatures. They are roughly as intelligent as any human or elf, but are more ponderous when thinking and direct in action. They value strength as the root of all virtue and authority, having no patience for imperfection. This doesn't make them savages, but does come off that way to most. More, they value all aspects of life but know they must be strong to have those luxuries.
How the Kasatha spread throughout space is a mystery. Their culture is approximate to most bronze or iron age societies, but their technology is generally pre-industrial. They have a scavenger economy of rare, unique technology on their worlds. It’s been posited that they once had a star-spanning empire that warred itself back to the pre-industrial age, but recently others think they were purposefully spread by another race like the dragons or the Syrne before being rediscovered by the dark eldarin. They’re favored as bodyguards in dark eldarin society.

Hexamane [Paragon, Kasatha]
You have not four arms, but six! Your size is increased by 1 to accommodate the arms. Your strength is treated as 2 higher for purposes of lifting, climbing, etc. and for rolls to gain/maintain control of a grapple. Otherwise, you can do things that having six arms generally would allow. Lastly, gain the Combat Master feat.
Physical Qualities
Kasathas are muscular humanoids that run a spectrum of reptilian to insectoid appearance. Most have four arms, but some are born with “defects” limiting them two and others have six which they consider a good omen. Their hide comes in dark, earthy colors like brown or red. A Kasatha has four eyes that glow the color of the sky they grew up under, which is often blue-white or pink. A young Kasatha is often clumsier than the equivalent of other races owing to the fact they have more arms to move and keep track of.
Kasathas are warm-blooded and energetic beings, always trying to get to the next place over that ridge to finally take a rest. They are used to warm environments, but acclimate to cold quickly (even if they aren’t comfortable). Their strongest sense is sight, having to make up for either crowded or empty olfactory senses.
Kasathas that live in deserts and hold water as a most precious commodity. It forms the roots of their culture, their society, even their physiology. The arid environments Kasathas tend to dry out their skin and make them leathery. As a result they try to live underground in deserts near water caches. The jungle Kasathas live in trees, sometimes by hollowing a large tree out to live in.
Playing a Kasatha
Kasathas have a reputation for being blunt, and this comes from their directness and pragmatism. They don't have time for nuance or subtlety, and they are always looking toward the next thing they need to do. Kasathas look for long-lasting solutions, even if the short term becomes worse as a result. This comes from a philosophy that if your solution is direct and long-lasting, then you don't need to think about the problem anymore. At least, not until a new problem comes up.
They have a culture built around finding lost technology and abandoning anyone who they deem deformed. Kasatha societies are mostly small waterside tribes. They only respect strength, and this extends to their treatment of outsiders. Your position in the tribe is directly related to how strong you are, and the only method of advancement is by defeating the person above you in single combat. Honor duels and blood feuds are common, but conclusive. A Kasatha only has to accept one challenge per person, but may accept as many as they like. Shiva have and use ranged weapons, but prefer melee and favor boxing and wrestling because they consider those to be the best indicators of strength.
Kasatha Heroes
Bonits is a mystery among the Kasatha. He is a young wanderer, going from place to place helping people in need no matter who they may be. Some claim he is an average, if not exceptional four-armed member of their race. Others claim he is actually a two-armed weakling. The split of accounts is skewed towards the latter, but leaves the question of why a perfectly good Kasatha would announce themselves to be him.
The Gray Ghost of Barso is a beloved and renowned prophet of the Shiva. He rides his siege worm through the desert, bringing rains and the word of Pelor to all he comes across. The people were grateful, but one day he learned he could extort vacation resorts by charging them to avoid those places.
Detix is more easily understood. He’s a hexamine and devotee of Khorne, but no one knows his real name. He works day and night to satiate his bloodlust by abducting and killing the worst dregs of society and to date no one has even suspected him, much less caught him.
