New Feats
Addictive Personality
Some enjoy fine food, others appreciate the arts, and yet other have other interests. Your main interest is drugs. You may not take the feat Decadence, and may treat it as optional in all class tracks. In addition, whenever you take a dose of a drug, if it can cause addiction, you can choose to automatically become addicted to that drug (rather than rolling for it. If you choose not to become addicted, you must still roll to resist addiction). If you have Decadence when you take this feat, lose it and gain an additional 100 XP. This feat is treated as Decadence for the purposes of interaction with prerequisites.
Brain Power
In complete defiance to the way that biochemistry normally works, you have become so sensitive to chemicals which alter your mental state that you can even get high off your own adrenaline. You benefit from the effects of Jacked To The Eyeballs while Frenzied.
Hopped Up On Goofballs
Your veins run with narcotic poison, and that makes you feel great! As a Full action, you may consume single doses of two different drugs in order to regain a spent Resource point.
Jacked To The Eyeballs
A tasty dose of something always gets your blood racing. While you are under the effects of one or more drugs, you ignore the Shocking quality and all Fatigue you may have. You can still gain Fatigue.
Personal Dealer
You are sufficiently savvy to have set up an exclusivity contract with a guy: he passes you the best stuff, you don't feed his stash to him, eviscerate him and force-feed his tainted fluids to his family. You gain a dot in Contacts, to a maximum of five, but the major contact gained from this must be a drug dealer. If you already have five dots in Contacts when you buy this feat, you merely gain an additional drug dealer contact.
Poisoned Veins
You have taken so many drugs that your blood itself has become narcotic. Choose a drug you are addicted to. Your blood now mimics the effects of that drug, with enough blood to cause a level of fatigue when lost counting as one dose. You are immune to intoxication from your own blood, and may not use it to stave off withdrawal. This feat may be taken multiple times, choosing a new drug each time. If you break an addiction chosen for this feat, your blood no longer mimics the effects of that drug, but you may choose a new drug for your blood to mimic, if and when you have enough addictions to be able to do so.
Preferred Dealer
You know a guy. He's got some real good stuff, if you know what I mean. You gain a dot in Contacts, to a maximum of five, but the major contact gained from this must be a drug dealer. If you already have five dots in Contacts when you buy this feat, you merely gain an additional drug dealer contact.
Secret Stash
Just so that you're never caught wanting, you always have some drugs on you. ALWAYS. You may spend a Full action digging one dose of a drug you are addicted to out of its hiding place upon your person. This may be done once per drug you are addicted to before you need to resupply, which you do automatically whenever you get some downtime.
Up On Cloud Nine
All those drugs don't come cheap, you know. However, you have picked up a few tricks that help you get a good deal. Acquisition tests you make for drugs have their TNs reduced by 5, to a minimum TN of 2. This feat may be taken multiple times, and stacks with itself.
