Also, you should link Demon Lord for Blasphemous Oath. LMAO, I had added it the in the other edit but forgot to save. Now it is there. THANKS A LOT for the help BTW. I can happily say that this is a release I'm happy with.

You're very welcome, and just in time since this is as far as I could help. The other homebrewers could have better feedback from being more experienced than I am, though I imagine the theme of this exaltation might put people off since it doesn't feel suitably larger than life to be worth an exaltation. But that's my assumption, maybe they'll pitch in.

You are right about the less larger than life aspect of an Exaltation. I like how it functions similar to a Paragon. You scheme and wiggle your way to super-species status. The way Leverage is gained through sabotage and trickery can leave you dry when it is depleted every scene. Taking a lot of SM time to replenish any as you work for/against NPCs could slow the game a bit.
You get a maximum of 20 Leverage which is a good amount. Gaining it is a little fuzzy. How much do you get per act? Is planting a car bomb netting the same amount as stealing someone's mail? Does the death of a target gain extra? Maybe give the Agent a minimum amount of Leverage (one or two) at the start of a session to represent the constant political/social/physical deception threat an Agent poses.
Edit:
You could allow the Agent to hold Leverage to an area, even when a scene ends. So a specific building, field, car, etc. available to a player when in or interacting with that location. They would still be limited to their maximum but could store resource points for later in that way.

OH yeah, the main theme/joke surrounding this concept is exactly that dichotomy, they are random nobodies walking in between gods and trying to sell it. Also, because I love chaotic bastard characters as a concept. They are based on my first Paranoia character, a character that had awful stats on everything except on stuff that allowed him to convince people to do stuff (even his mutation would help with that). I literally rolled a character that couldn't even hold a gun properly but survived almost the entire game simply by being able to manipulate others. A lot of more competent characters fell where mine survived simply by being able to lie really well that he was competent. So when you cited the Mastermind, it sparked the idea of changing it from a Paranoia Exalt to an Exalt specifically about this character concept.

Good idea, yeah, the amount should be decided by the SM based on the effect of the trickery at hand. Like, stealing the mail of a commoner should at max give you 1 leverage, but some crazy stuff like stealing the secret mail of a major antagonistic NPC could be a source of more Leverage, as the main idea is that you know things that the others don't, either because you obscured it through trickery and sabotage or you misled them. Have you ever played or heard about Quantuum? It works similarly with how the system manages time travel. You can clain you have something retroactively if you explain it as you time travelled to either give it to yourself or leave it somewhere you would know in there. In here, the main idea is claiming you preemptively prepared something by sabotaging people or lying to people. So the justification as to why you where able to do something you couldn't is that you stacked the deck in your favor. A fun example, Cold Reading is heavily based priming your target, so you can plant sugestions for subjects in your conversation and lead them into topics you can discern by other means, like an accomplice conducting a survey before the reading session and feeding you with info about the target.

I have not heard of Quantum. You just state that you have previously engaged in some sort of actions to gain Leverage?

I have not heard of Quantum. You just state that you have previously engaged in some sort of actions to gain Leverage? You gain leverage by just being tricky in play, you spend it by claiming that you have prepared something beforehand for the occasion or did an agreement with someone. An example, at the start of a session your player could be a corporate spy trying to steal the secrets of a safe in the CEO's office. You could gain some leverage at the start by pulling some acts in the office, like stealing corporate papers, stealing keys, robbing a security card, etc. Later in the session, you could spend a leverage to gain access to the office with the vault by using "Multiple Choice Past" to fake a "Connections" Background to convince a guard that you actually are under orders from someone in a higher position than him by claiming to the SM that the papers that you stole had info on the chain of command of the guards. After you get into the office, you try to break into the safe, but you fail and the guards are alerted. You try to run away but a guard starts shooting at you. One of their dies explode. You can use "Not So Fast" while claiming that the security card that you had stolen gave you previous access to the armory and you put some duds in between the legit rounds, working as exploding one of your own dies to escape. If in this case you got "Masterful Bait" you can gain leverage willfully pulling attacks towards you while you allies escape. After that, you can throw a stun grenade in the corridor to take the guards out while you are still in there. You can count on the effects of "Poisoned Chalice" to gain an advantage on the save, but if you fail you can claim that the key you stole was for a closet nearby that you used to help shield yourself from the explosive, using the universal resource point spenditure effect of Removing Stun. They don't need to connect 1 to 1, but the idea is that you are just pilling excuses for things to go your way.

Looking back at it, I think you could cut out the Effort from Multiple Choice Past's TN calculation. If the SM wanted to let you know how well you've faked it, they would give you Stunt Die instead.

you should link Demon Lord for Blasphemous Oath. Blasphemous Oath is not part of a class progression.
