Axiom of Transformation: When using the wild shape or improved wild shape feats (or some comparable ability), you may forego changing physical characteristics and instead change your mental or social characteristics in the same manner. Metaptropi cyphers with the ranged touch keyword have a range of 5*metaptropi meters.

If the target dies (for good) as a result of this cypher they turn into the substance you nominated but not before, though they might briefly look or smell like the nominated substance.

This can't be used to hurt people. If someone were to be hurt by the target's change in size, it does not change size. So the idea of putting a shrunk car up someone's rear and letting it return to normal size -while funny and clever- doesn't work.

Inactive vehicles with multiple drive trains can be transformed with this cypher up to size 15.

People like this one for some reason. The engineer may either change the target's sex or their race by spending a resource point (or both if you spend two). They take on the relevant physical characteristics of their new form down to the genes for the duration of the cypher.
If the engineer changes the target's race, then the target qualifies as the nominated race for the duration of the cypher (a human could be a vespid, an aasimar could be a tiefling, etc.). Their appearance changes intuitively and according to the chosen race's physical characteristics, and identifying marks such as fingerprints, dna, and retinal scans will still identify them as themselves. This does not change the effectiveness of any racial feats they have, but gene-specific machinery treats them as the new race for the duration of the spell and not their normal self. In addition, mechanics such as feats that reference race treat the target as the new race (ex. the hatred (elves) feat would apply to a human who has been turned into an elf by this cypher).
The target may not take racially specific feats, assets, hindrances, or other such mechanics that specifically mention race in reference to their non-original race.
