Based on Midboss57's Pariah.
Blank
Like it or not, you've got no soul. The luck of the genetic draw, an experience too close to death, or a Faustian bargain gone awry could be the source of your condition. You lack something all living creatures take for granted. That hollowness brings you power and pushes you from society.

Power Stat: Emptiness
Resource Stat: Void. (Emptiness + Composure)
A Blank regains their entire Void pool after an hour of rest. They also regain 1 Void after killing a Magic user.
Calm Reality: A Blank may cast Dispel as a spell-like ability Rolling Emptiness + Willpower instead of the normal Spell School level. For 1 Void a Blank may attempt to dispel an ongoing magical effect. You may only attempt to Dispel each ongoing magical effect once per scene. This spell-like ability is unaffected by Blank's Anti-magic Aura, can not be Pushed, Fettered, or cause Psychic Phenomena.
Etherium: Any magic effects that target or would affect a Blank require an additional Raise to succeed. In addition, they can never take levels in any spellcasting school.
Soulless: Their lack of a soul causes Blanks to generate an aura of wrongness. When first encountering anyone their initial Disposition starts 1 less.
Tactus Dolore: Physical contact with a Blank is a harrowing experience, your non-Brawling Melee attacks gain the Sapping property
Gained Powers
Blank Assets
Culexus: Your evil eye is something to fear.
Malicious Aura: You can't turn off your wrongness and people hate it.
Null: People forget you existed.
Pariah: A machine with enough meat to sustain your power
Culexus: You can fire a blast of energy from your eyes with the following profile.
The Animus Speculum counts as an Exotic weapon for proficiencies, feats, and the like. At Emptiness 5 if the target of your Animus Speculum is within Short Range they suffer half the effects of Life Drain from this attack.
Malicious Aura: The hollowness of your existence is always palpable. Your Anti-magic Aura is always active with a radius of half your Emptiness and its effects are at the lowest power level. You may spend 1 Void to fully utilize it. When first encountering anyone for their initial Disposition starts an additional 1 less.
Null: Your wrongness causes those around you to unconsciously ignore your presence. You gain the Unremarkable feat and no longer need cover, darkness, or some other concealment to hide from view.
Pariah: You are the end result of experiments designed to further weaponize Blanks. Pariahs do not breathe, drink, eat, are immune to the effects of a vacuum, extremes of cold, and they gain Armor (4) that apply to all of their body locations. Your mechanical body must be repaired as per a Promethean's Refitting.
Despite initial misgivings some Blanks rise to prominence within their profession.
Physical Features: Outwardly a blank looks like a normal example of their species.
Tell: As a Blank uses Void their lack of soul manifests as a black outline to their form. As their Void expenditure increases the outline thickens putting the Blank against a field of emptiness.
Becoming a Blank: Most Blanks are born lacking a soul. This gene mutation creates a natural Blank. Some have their soul removed through deals with extadimensional beings, gods, or other arcane pacts.
Playing a Blank: As a social outcast and blind spot to the Warp caster and social archetypes are not your forte. Blanks are suited to direct combat or sneaky characters.
Blanks in Game: As an anti-magic Exalt Blanks do well to geek the mage.
Blank Culture: The lack of a soul puts even other Blanks on edge, they will recognize another of their kind. It does not mean they will like each other. Solitude or a group who accepts or tolerates a Blank's traits are the best a Blank can sometimes hope for.
Adapting a Blank: The Blank can represent a powerful outcast, a mage hunter, or a magic eater.

Anti-magic Aura: As a free action you may spend 1 Void to activate an Anti-magic Aura centered on The Blank with a radius of 10m, it lasts 2 round per Emptiness. Focus power checks suffer a -1k1 penalty and rolls on the Psychic Phenomena and Perils of the Warp tables are at a -5 to a minimum of 1. Increase these to -2k2 and -10 at Emptiness 3, -3k3 and -15 at Emptiness 5.**
The Stilling: Physical manifestations of Psychic Phenomena and Perils of the Warp do not exert influence with a Blank's active Anti-magic Aura. Temperatures remain stable, gravity stays as standard, spontaneous rot or growth do not occur. The Blank may still suffer harm or mental strain from happenings beyond their field but the world around them is stable.***
Psychic Abomination: You are immune to spells with the Mind-Affecting keyword if the spell level is equal to or lower than your Emptiness.****
