In this circumstance, you're the dragon on the left and the victim is the person on the right.
Alternate for White Raven
The attack/defense arms race has favored attack for quite some time, but defense still counts for a lot. Carapace and heavier armors provide enough protection to be considered a deciding factor in duels. In response to this, lightly armored fighters take up this school to even the playing field with others. Some take this a step further and seek to humiliate their opponent in the process. The techniques in this school are meant to convince and/or suddenly force the target to abandon their protections and then exploit that lack of protection.
Charm, the capacity to make others want what you want, is the key skill to Flashing Flourish. Martial adepts wishing to learn it use fencing weapons, trying to appear "meek" and trustworthy. It was supposedly developed by common soldiers pitted against opponents wearing power armor, but I'm sure you could think of another way to use it.
Level 1: Apprentice
Weapon (Fencing): Use fencing weapons in martial maneuvers.
Action (Feint): Use Feint actions in martial maneuvers. Any attack-related advantages you apply to the special attack apply to the normal attack made after a feint. That attack may not be a Special Attack of its own.
Level 2: Initiate
(-1) Keep Your Hat On: If this attack hits the head (or equivalent), it fails.
(2) Sudden Self-Consciousness: This attack hits the location with the least AP protecting it on the target. If multiple locations qualify for this, the location is randomly determined among them.
Level 3: Journeyman
(-1) Skill (Charm): As part of this attack, make a Charm check against the static defense of the target. If it fails, the attack fails.
(2) Bruising Bypass: The AP on the hit location is reduced by 2 until the end of combat, to a minimum of 0.
Level 4: Master
Mastery (Pure Misdirection): After performing a martial maneuver you may feint as a free action with a -2k2 penalty.
(3/4) Picturesque: The attacker's good looks such as Appearance or Dangerous Beauty apply to the attack roll. For 4 points, they instead apply to the damage roll.
Level 5: Grandmaster
(6) Flashing Flourish: If this attack hits, the target's worn armor and clothes break off and are useless until repaired.
